AI-Enabled Geoscience Workflows Half-Day Symposium
On 7 February, the investigators at the Bureau of Economic Geology (BEG) and the Jackson School of Geosciences, along with thought leaders at Geophysical Insights, hosted a symposium to explore how machine learning and deep learning (AI) technologies transformed geoscience workflows. This half-day event focused on leveraging AI technology for subsurface analysis and characterization. Presenters shared both theoretical concepts and practical applications, supported by numerous case studies that demonstrated real-world results in conventional and unconventional geologic settings.
