Oh, what fun!

You’re invited to the

Geophysical Insights

Holiday Party

Join us at Deborah & Emmett Sacrey’s home on Saturday, 8 December for an evening of outdoor revelry and good cheer to celebrate the holidays and a remarkable year at Geophysical Insights.

About the fun

We will commence with some outdoor activities, including target practice and ATV off-roading (Note: this is BYOF – Bring your own firearms) on the Sacrey’s beautiful property. Other outdoor activities will be available as well.  A cocktail reception and dinner will follow, featuring various assorted smoked meats courtesy of Deborah and Rocky. Vegetarian options will also be available. We’ll cap off the festivities with a bonfire and sweet treats, and a white elephant gift exchange ($20 limit).  A detailed schedule is below.

Transportation to and from the Sacrey’s will be provided via executive limo/van from the Geophysical Insights office.  For those wishing to participate in the outdoor festivities, the first, dubbed “Rudolph”,  will leave at 2:00 PM.  For those wishing to only come for dinner and the reception, there will be a second option, “Prancer,” leaving at 3:45 PM.  There will also be an early and a late limo/van back.  The first, “Dasher”, leaves the party at 7:30 PM, directly after dinner and the second, “Vixen”, leaves at 8:30 PM, after the bonfire and white elephant exchange.

You are also welcome to drive your own vehicle and come early (you may be put to work!) or stay a little later, enjoying the fire and company.  A map with directions is below for your convenience.

Please do let us know what your plans are in the RSVP section to the right.  We need to get a headcount so we can plan accordingly.

Staying overnight

If you would like to stay the night in Columbus, we recommend America’s Best Value Inn.  Please indicate in your RSVP if you would be interested in booking a room, where we may coordinate a group rate if there is enough interest. (Note: hotel rooms will not be a company expense)
